Service Fees & Charges

At JourneyClock.com (operated by Mehu Solutions Private Limited, IATA No. 14038065), we believe in complete transparency. This page outlines all charges and fees associated with our travel services so you know exactly what you are paying for before you confirm any booking.

1. Service Fee

JourneyClock charges a service fee for booking facilitation. This fee covers the cost of our certified travel consultants, 24/7 support, and booking management.

  • Domestic Flights: USD 15–25 per booking
  • International Flights: USD 25–50 per booking
  • Business/First Class Bookings: USD 50–100 per booking
  • Standard Holiday Packages: USD 30–75 per booking
  • Custom/Tailor-made Packages: USD 50–150 per booking
  • Hotel-Only Bookings: USD 10–20 per booking

Note: The exact service fee will always be displayed clearly before you confirm and pay for your booking. You will never be charged a service fee without your explicit consent.

2. Airline & Provider Charges

In addition to our service fee, airline and travel provider charges apply. These include:

  • Base airfare or package price
  • Government taxes and airport fees
  • Airline fuel surcharges
  • Baggage fees (where applicable)
  • Seat selection fees (where applicable)

All applicable airline and provider charges are displayed in the total price before checkout.

3. Amendment & Change Fees

  • Airline change fee: As per airline fare rules
  • JourneyClock amendment fee: USD 25–50 per change request
  • Name correction fee: USD 25 per passenger

Change fees increase closer to the departure date. We recommend contacting us as early as possible for modifications.

4. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees depend on the fare type and how far in advance you cancel. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

  • Refundable fares: Airline cancellation fee + JourneyClock service fee
  • Non-refundable fares: No cash refund on airfare; service fee non-refundable
  • Holiday packages: Refund based on cancellation timeline

5. Payment Processing

We do not charge additional payment processing fees for standard credit or debit card payments. Some card issuers may apply foreign transaction fees.

6. Currency

All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion is handled at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of booking.
